On July 5, 2016, the principal adviser of the European Commission for Innovation Mr. Robert Madelin published a report on European innovation policies. The report, entitled "Opportunity now: Europe's mission to innovate", underlines the crucial importance of innovation and innovative approach in the field of public administration, not only at European level, but at national levels also. Mr. Robert Madelin notes that we cannot build Europe 2.0 with Government 1.0. ... Europe must be more flexible, bolder and more willing to take risks to develop itself freely and sustainably and to realize a progress.
