The official kick-off of the Startup Awards.SK 2015 competition took place on the 29th April, in the premises of the former Cvernovka.

Since its inceptions, the Startup Awards.SK has become the largest startup event in Slovakia, regularly attracting the attention of foreign media. A keynote speech at the kick-off was delivered by the Slovak President, Andrej Kiska, who shared his thoughts on entrepreneurship, while the rest of the agenda belonged to finalists from the previous years, presenting their experience from the competition.
